From when to when can I safely carry a child?

There are many factors that influence how long or from when to when your baby should be carried in a sling and / or carrier. Since everyone is different and there are different needs, there is no clear answer to this question. How long can I carry a baby?

As long as it is comfortable for you and your baby. Remember NOTHING BY FORCE!

What activities can / should not be performed while babywearing?

You can do anything ;) and that's what babywearing is all about. But remember to avoid situations that may endanger you and your baby. It is not recommended to ride a bicycle, rollerblades or drive the car when the child is in a sling / carrier.

Can I babywear a premature baby?

A properly selected and tied wrap will be an ideal solution for a premature baby who needs your closeness and will help him develop properly. Be sure to consult a babywearing advisor, there are many who specialize in the proper baby wearing of premature babies.

My baby has colic, should I carry him in a wrap?

Yes, yes, yes and yes again :) while carrying in a sling/wrap the baby's tummy is massaged in a natural way. Numerous studies and observations have shown that babywearing is helpful in the fight against tummy pain.

How to take care of the wrap / baby carrier?
